อย่าประเมินเกาหลีเหนือต่ำ

แม้เกาหลีเหนือจะเป็นประเทศล้าหลังและมีเศรษฐกิจแบบโบราณ แต่คิมน้อยก็สามารถสร้างความได้เปรียบบนความขาดแคลนได้ เปียงยางได้ทุ่มงบมหาศาลในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอาวุธนิวเคลียร์และจรวดนำวิถี จนถึงระดับข้ามทวีป ICBM จนทำให้ไม่มีงบพอที่จะพัฒนาระบบIT ตลอดจนการจัดเตรียมผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางไซเบอร์ หรือแฮกเกอร์ระดับสูง ดังนั้นเกาหลีเหนือจึงต้องแสวงหาความร่วมมือจากต่างประเทศที่เป็นพันธมิตร โดยเฉพาะการซ่อนพรางอาวุธนิวเคลียร์และการโจมตีทางไซเบอร์ ที่ทำให้ผู้ถูกโจมตีไม่อาจระบุที่มาได้ ดังนั้นการที่โลกตะวันตกทำการวิเคราะห์และประเมินเปียงยางว่าไม่มีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะโจมตีสหรัฐ ผลประโยชน์ และพันธมิตรไดั จึงเป็นการประเมินที่ต่ำกว่าความจริง แม้จะมีอดีตผู้บริหารระดับสูงจากหน่วยข่าวกรองของสหรัฐออกมาเตือนในเรื่องนี้ หรือนสพ.ของอังกฤษจะออกมาประโคมข่าวว่าการโจมตีบิทคอยในตลาดเงินเมื่อเร็วๆนี้เป็นฝืมือของเกาหลีเหนือก็ตาม แต่คณะผู้บริหารของสหรัฐจะไม่ค่อยให้น้ำหนักเท่าไร

ดังนั้นสหรัฐจึงยังคงเดินหน้าข่มขู่คุกคามเปียงยางอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งอาจจะกลายเป็นการไปจุดชนวนให้เกิดการทำลายล้างไม่เฉพาะเกาหลีเหนือ แต่สหรัฐ ผลประโยชน์ของสหรัฐ และพันธมิตร อาจต้องสูญเสียมหาศาลด้วย

In turn, analysts of the American company Fire Eye, engaged in research in the field of cybersecurity, suspected hackers from North Korea in exchange for crypto currency attacks on the abduction of bitcoins. According to experts, the North Korean hackers launched a virus that installs malicious software on computers to mining crypto currency Mopego, which was subsequently translated into account Pyongyang University.
